XKO Consulting and Conscientia Limited have been running in parallel since 2001. Upon  the sale of XKO Group which owned 20% of XKO Consulting , it was agreed that XKO Consulting would cease trading as a distinct entity.

After 8 years successful operation providing consulting services to some of the largest organisations in the UK and with Conscientia providing the resources to meet the demands of XKO Clients, Conscientia now continues to provide these services branded as the XKOC Method.

We have evolved these services in response to the new challenges facing business - how to improve capability while reducing operational costs across not only conventional business planning cycles but the underlying economic cycle.

The framework under which we provide services - CTLCM - Conscientia Through Life Capability Management - a whole of life discipline that focuses on capability improvement across the whole organisation, and endures across project, programme, business and economic cycles.

Our distinctive approach - CTPI - Clean Team Performance Improvement - typically used to facilitate a win-win outcome for large supplier arrangements (outsourcing, projects and programmes), but can also be used to engineer performance improvement within and across an organisation.
